The hotel is located at the farthest part of the floor, which was not as expected. The service was generally quick and easy, except for a slightly inattentive receptionist during check-in. The location is superb, close to the heart of the city and within the metro. However, the dining experience was unsatisfactory with cold French toast and undercooked eggs. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
